Our History
Rome was not built in a day, and neither was our kingdom. We can look back on over 10 years of history full of great moments and memories. We would like to take a brief look at the years since we entered the world of e-sports.
2013-2021
Glorious days of the past
Founded as a group in ArmA III, the group was initially fully dedicated to the world of role-playing games. Whether police officer, paramedic or mafia boss - at regnum, anyone could be anything. In search of a home, R4G opened its own ArmA III server in 2014, which was operated with great success until 2017. Well-known roleplay creators such as Multisasch and Die Suchtprofis played on the servers or ran their subscription specials together with us. In autumn 2017, the server was closed and we turned our attention to a new project: streaming! Until 2019, countless streams followed on Twitch.tv together with the community. Until 2021, regnum4games remained a pure multigaming community where everyone is welcome. A fact that has not changed to this day.
Entering E-sports
In 2022, the direction of regnum4games changed fundamentally.
We started our conquest into the world of e-sports! Beginning with just one team in the former ESL Meisterschaft, the e-sports sector grew rapidly. At the end of the national championships in CS:GO, the division comprised a total of 7 teams under our flag.
Along the way, we were able to celebrate several promotions and even our first tournament win!
2022
Today
Shaping the future of tomorrow
With the end of the CS:GO era and the release of Counterstrike 2, a new era begins. The CS division has been restructured and is now home to two active teams.
Just in time for the 2023 winter split of the Strauss Prime League, League of Legends is another major e-sports title to join our portfolio!
